4L60E Transmission Solenoid Kit with Harness, 9-Piece

A complete solenoid set for the GM 4L60E, 4L65E and 4L70E in 1997-2003 applications: Silverado and Sierra 1500, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, S10, Escalade and the rest of the rear-wheel-drive GM line. The nine pieces cover shift solenoid A and B, the TCC lockup solenoid, the TCC PWM solenoid, the EPC pressure control solenoid, the 3-2 downshift solenoid and the internal wiring harness that ties them to the case connector. Reference OE numbers include 24212327, 10478120, 24227747 and 12121299.

Everything here lives on top of the valve body, so this is a pan-down job and the transmission stays in the truck. Drain the pan, drop the filter, unplug the case connector from the inside, then unbolt each solenoid and the harness. Match the new harness routing to the old one before you tighten anything, torque the valve body bolts in sequence, and fit a new filter and pan gasket on the way back up. Clear the stored codes and relearn before you road test.

Replace the set when you are chasing the classic 4L60E electrical faults: P0751 or P0752 shift solenoid A performance, P0753 or P0758 electrical, P1860 TCC PWM, harsh or no 1-2 and 2-3 shifts, torque converter shudder or no lockup, and line pressure stuck high from a failed EPC. Solenoids age together on the same heat and mileage, so replacing the full set with the harness is the fix that does not come back three months later for the next one.
