JF011E CVT Master Rebuild Kit with 30T Pulley Set

This is the full hard-parts and soft-parts package for the Jatco JF011E, sold by Nissan as the RE0F10A. It combines the 30-tooth primary and secondary pulley set with its steel push belt and the master rebuild kit of clutch frictions, steels, seals, gaskets and O-rings. OE references are RE0F10A, JF011E, 901047 and 33710NK-8.

Buy this instead of a belt-only kit when the pulley cone faces are scored, stepped or glazed. A JF011E that has been slipping puts hard lines and a polished band into the sheave faces, and a new belt run against a damaged cone will chatter and fail again in short order. The usual tells are a rising whine with road speed, judder or shudder on light-throttle takeoff, flare on acceleration, and fine steel on the pan magnet. Inspect both cones under good light before deciding whether the belt alone will do.

Jatco built this pulley in more than one tooth count, so count the teeth on the set you are pulling out before you order. This is the 30-tooth version. The job needs a press and the correct bearing drivers, and the CVT must be initialized and the belt-slip data reset with a scan tool after the unit goes back in.
