6L80E/6L90E Transmission Overhaul Seal & Gasket Kit

When you have a GM 6L80E or 6L90E apart on the bench, every rubber and paper part comes out and gets replaced. This overhaul kit (TRANSPEED part T19502A) supplies the full seal and gasket set for that job in one box: the front and rear shaft seals, the transmission pan gasket, the internal paper gaskets, a complete O-ring assortment, and the external seal kit. It is a reseal/overhaul set, not a clutch-and-steel master kit, so pair it with your friction pack and hard parts when you need those too.

The 6L80E and 6L90E are the 6-speed automatics behind the small- and big-block GM trucks and rear-drive cars. This kit covers Cadillac CTS, Escalade/ESV/EXT, STS and XLR; Chevy Avalanche, Camaro SS, Corvette, Express and Savana vans; and the Hummer H2, roughly 2006 through 2014. Confirm your unit is a 6L80E or 6L90E by the tag before ordering, since the seal profiles differ from the 6T70/6T75 front-drive units.

These transmissions are known for weeping at the pan rail, the output shaft, and the case connector as the original seals harden with heat and miles.
