4L60E Master Solenoid Kit with Harness and Pressure Switch

This kit covers the electrical side of a 2003-2005 GM 4L60E or 4L65E (RPO M30 and M32) in one box: the solenoid set, the internal wire harness, the pressure switch manifold (PSM) and a replacement transmission filter. On these units the harness, PSM and solenoids age together, so when one fails the others are usually close behind. Replacing them as a set avoids pulling the pan twice.

Typical reasons to reach for it: shift solenoid codes (P0751, P0756), TCC and PWM codes, EPC/pressure control faults, a transmission stuck in second gear (fail-safe), no upshifts, or intermittent shifting that comes and goes with harness movement. A cracked or leaking pressure switch manifold also causes wrong-gear and TCC complaints that look like solenoid failure.

Install is done from under the vehicle with the pan dropped. Drain and remove the pan and filter, unplug the case connector, then pull the solenoids, PSM and harness from the valve body. Note bolt lengths as the valve body bolts vary. Fit the new parts, torque valve body bolts to spec in sequence, install the new filter with its seal fully seated in the pump bore, refill with Dexron VI and check level hot.
